Gopald is a fecal waste removal service initiated by UPTD IPLT and the Department of Housing, Settlement and Land (DPKPP) of Indramayu Regency that utilizes the use of web and mobile-based information technology to improve the quality of service.
In version 1, the Gopald app uses mobile app technolcolor rummyogia for digital operational control of all IPLT operators and officers. Admin officers control processes ranging from customer registration, scheduling, to service management for IPLT operators and officers through web-based applications. Customers register and send an appointment for sludge removal via the Whatsapp app and telephone.
How can the Gopald app help officers?
- Officers can provide in-person assistance within a pre-determined location radius.
- Minimize sudden new orders. The operator can confirm the sludge removal schedule in advance.
- Order information that contains complete information including sludge removal schedule, address and other customer information.
- Make it easier for officers to discover the location of the fleet.
- Recording of officers' daily duties can be done on the Gopald app easily.
- Integrated performance record between operation officers and IPLT officers.
