GBook is an Access Control and Visitor Registration Software.
Gbook allows you to simply and quickly control access to your facilities, complementing and improving security, registering visitors, employees, residents and suppliers through the use of an identity card or passport, in addition to keeping a photographic record of the visit, so that it can be consulted at any time in case of emergencies or possible theft alerts.
Mainly, it provides greater security for the Condominium's facilities, incorporating a complete statistics module with reports that allow you to consult by: Dates, Weeks or Months, Entries/Exits, Accesses, Location of visit, First Name and/or Last Name.
In addition, it assists in complying with current regulations to update the information on co-owners requested in Article 18 of Corporation Law No. 19,537.

We offer plans according to the number of units or departments that your p7upDown community has. All plans include: Technical support, remote field or training, backup databases, software updates, unlimited number of users.
All plans must include Implementation, which has a one-time cost and consists of configuring the system in the field, training personnel or users for the system, installing the specific scanner for reading ID cards and installing a webcam. (UF value 20 + VAT).
